ReplacecPanel& WHM.
Vloud is the control panel for hosting companies, agencies and enterprise IT. One install runs everything on your Ubuntu or Debian server: sites, email, DNS, databases, SSL, security and backups.
- Moves cPanel accounts, mail passwords too
- Security, backups and failure forecasts
- Self-hosted, from $14 a month per server
curl -fsSL https://install.vloud.app | bashPublic beta · Ubuntu 22.04 / 24.04 · Debian 12
Your server is the building.
Every apartment is a hosting account, behind its own walls: its own Linux user, PHP pool and limits.
Vloud runs everything inside.
The front door, the mailroom, the directory, the security gate and the basement: one install, one console.
One install runs the whole server.
Everything cPanel & WHM handled, plus the security, backups and diagnosis you would usually bolt on. Tap a room.

The Vloud console
- The console runs on your server, not in someone else's cloud.
- Opens on four scores: security, health, backups, firewall mode.
- Only a licence heartbeat leaves the server, every six hours.
Built for whoever runs the servers.
The same building, set up for how you work. Pick yours.

Move your customers off cPanel and keep selling plans.
- Hosting packages
- Bronze, Silver and Gold plans with disk, database and site limits.
- Resellers
- Sub-accounts with their own limits, on the same server.
- WHMCS module
- Create, suspend, unsuspend, terminate, change password and change package from billing.
- Customer portal
- Files, mail, DNS, cron, SSH keys and backups, with 2FA and its own login.

Move off cPanel in seven steps.
Vloud copies each account from your cPanel server, checks it, and only then do you switch. Your old server keeps serving until you do.
Step 1 of 7
- Account
The cPanel user is recreated on Vloud.
- Domains
Domains and subdomains are added.
- Databases
Databases and their users are copied.
- Files
Home directories copy over with rsync and SSH.
- Mail
Mailboxes move with their passwords.
- DNS
Zones are imported into Vloud's DNS.
- Verify
Five checks before you switch.
Account. The cPanel user is recreated on Vloud.
Your customers keep their mail passwords.
Vloud reads each mailbox’s password hash over SSH and re-attaches it on the new server, so people sign in with the passwords they already use.
| Hash | Type | After the move |
|---|---|---|
| $6$ | SHA-512 crypt | Password kept |
| $5$ | SHA-256 crypt | Password kept |
| $2y$ $2a$ $2b$ | bcrypt | Password kept |
| $1$ · yescrypt | MD5 crypt, yescrypt | Reset link, sent from a CSV you control |
Two ways to move
Vloud connects to your cPanel server over SSH and copies each account across. The old server keeps serving until you switch DNS.
Verify runs five checks
- Mailbox count matches
- DNS answers correctly
- Every database is present
- Files are identical, by rsync checksum
- The account is healthy on Vloud
Not moved automatically
- SSL certificates: re-issued with Let's Encrypt, not copied
- mod_security rules
- WHM reseller branding
- Bandwidth history
- Cron jobs: confirm their paths after the move
What you get when you switch.
On every Vloud server, from the first install.
- Licence
- Per server, from $14/month for 5 apps
- Web stack
- nginx, with a PHP-FPM pool per account
- Spam filtering
- Rspamd, with greylisting
- Malware scanning
- Built in: 12-phase engine, quarantine, WAF
- Backups
- Built in: S3, SFTP, local or rclone
- Failure warnings
- Forecasts about 48 hours ahead
- Deploys
- Git, Docker, zip and 30 one-click apps
- Diagnosis
- AI Doctor, applies fixes only on approval
- Sign-in
- OIDC single sign-on
After the move, Vloud keeps watch.
It forecasts, scans and diagnoses, and every finding arrives with its reason. Try them: the thresholds are the real ones, the server is a sample.
Forecast trouble and clean up before a disk fills.
Drag to fill the disk. Checks run every 15 minutes: warning at 80%, critical at 90%, emergency at 95%.
Docker build cache · 6.2 GB reclaimable
One of nine cleanup actions, each shown with its risk label before you run it.
- System Guardian forecast
- /var/lib/mysql full in ~46 h
- System Watchdog · 7 services, every 30 min
- nginx stopped 03:12 · restarted 03:12

One console for every server.
Add servers to your fleet and watch them from one place. They report on a signed heartbeat, and DNS zones stay in sync across them.
Install it in about three minutes.
One command on a fresh server. Then open the console, add your first site or connect your cPanel server.
curl -fsSL https://install.vloud.app | bashWhat you need
- Ubuntu 22.04, Ubuntu 24.04 or Debian 12
- amd64 or arm64
- 1 GB RAM and 3 GB disk, minimum
- About three minutes to install

Straight answers.
Can Vloud really replace cPanel and WHM?
That is what it is built for: accounts, sites, email, DNS, databases, SSL, security and backups on your own server, with a migration orchestrator that moves your cPanel accounts across. A few things don't move automatically (listed in the migration section), and we say so up front.
Which servers does it run on?
Ubuntu 22.04, Ubuntu 24.04 and Debian 12, on amd64 or arm64. AlmaLinux and RHEL are not supported yet.
Does my data leave my server?
No. Vloud runs on your server and sends only a licence heartbeat every six hours. Air-gapped servers can run in offline mode instead.
How is it licensed?
One licence per server, priced by the apps it runs. $14 per month includes 5 apps, and each additional app is $1 per month. For example, 12 apps is $14 + 7 × $1 = $21 per month.
Does AI Doctor change things on its own?
No. It explains what broke and proposes a fix. Nothing is applied until you approve it.
Is Vloud production-ready?
Vloud is in public beta. The cPanel migration has been validated end to end on a production-matching test server, and no live customer has been moved yet. Talk to us before you move live customers.
