• How many servers you run, and on which system: Ubuntu 22.04, Ubuntu 24.04 or Debian 12.
• If you are moving from cPanel: how many accounts, and whether you can install on the live server or want a second one.
• If something is not working: what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
